The barn also has separate living/dining area coming off the bedroom with a log burner and sofabed providing extra sleeping space if required. 

A small hall leads to your own wet room.

An excellent base for exploring Devon & Cornwalls picturesque country side, a must for the keen rambler or cyclist.  The haunted main house may also be of interest to those seeking paranormal activity with many oddities occuring the 'housemates' are reluctant to leave despite being blessed by the local vicar & a visit from a medium!

Situated within a short distance of the renowned Tarka Trail it is also conveniently situated for Bude & its sandy beaches & great surfing, Launceston for its historical castle,  Bideford for the quayside, kayaking on the river and great nightlife & Holsworthy being a quaint market town being on the Devon/Cornwall border.
